Are you looking for your next role in Social Media Marketing? Macildowie are excited to be exclusively partnered with a market Leading health and wellness business, who are looking for their next Social Media Superstar to join their growing Marketing department.

As a Social Media Executive, specialising in social media, you will play a pivotal role in increasing brand identity, engaging the audience through organic social media initiatives whilst driving traffic to the website through boosting sales and maintaining the company's voice and values at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Social Media Strategies: Create comprehensive plans aligned with our marketing objectives and brand identity, activating them across platforms.
  • Creation of ideas and strategy: Collaborate with the wider team to create a social media strategy and generate ideas from a creative perspective.
  • Display Campaigns: Partner with external agency agency to enhance re-targeting and display campaigns.
  • Content Creation: Create and produce engaging, high-quality content tailored to each social media platform.
  • Organic Social Media Management: Oversee day-to-day operations on platforms (mainly Instagram, Facebook), including posting, monitoring, and engaging with comments and messages. Develop strategies for new social channels.
  • Reporting: Utilise tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and SproutSocial to track, analyse, and report on social media performance. Use insights to refine strategies and enhance outcomes, increasing ROI.
  • Community Engagement: Cultivate and expand our online community by actively engaging with followers, addressing inquiries, and encouraging user-generated content.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, creative, and product teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and effective campaign execution.
  • Stay Current: Keep up to date with all of the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to continuously stay ahead of the curve.

  • Creative thinker passionate about health and wellness.
  • Detail-oriented with strong multitasking capabilities.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive problem-solving approach.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years in social media management
