Social Media Executive - Content Agency - London (Hybrid) - up to £32,000

The Agency

This independent advertising agency specialises in innovation, strategy, media, digital, content and social. Working with some of the biggest brands on a global scale, you will be working across clients within the food and beverage industry as well as the tech industry.

The Role

• Oversee daily social media presence for multiple brands on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Threads, X, and more.
• Handle tasks like scheduling, quality control, community management, and content moderation.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential.
• Collaborate with Content Managers to ensure effective day-to-day social media management.
• Influencer planning and outreach: identifying, recruiting, and negotiating contracts with influencers, including exclusivity and usage terms.
• Main strong, ongoing relationships with influencers to ensure engagement and loyalty, as well as addressing influencer concerns promptly.
• Oversee content reviews and ensures proper execution of influencer campaigns.
• Deliver performance analysis in weekly updates and monthly reports.
• Influencer contract management, financial management, and managing documentation throughout influencer campaign builds.

About You

• 1+ years of experience in a similar agency role.
• Strong attention to detail is crucial.
• Thoroughly review emails and client communications to ensure accurate information capture and relay.
• Proactive mindset.
• Experience with third-party social tools (preferably Sprinklr) and/or native publishing tools for brands is essential.
