Our client are a fast growth business.

They are now looking for a Social Media Manager to join their growing team.

Key Objectives

Lead and drive the social media content and strategy for all Brands, with the objective of growing following and engagement. Ensuring first class execution of the brand proposition, values, and creative interpretation.

Be the main point of contact of all social activity in international markets, guiding local distributors to make decisions for brand, whilst considering feedback in relation to localising content in relation to cultural considerations.

Responsible for the progression of social marketing strategies and will keep abreast of market changes in relation to platforms, content and campaign activation so the business remains at the forefront of socially led marketing for the consumer base. You will collaborate across the Global Marketing and Sales team to inform and educate to aid future integrated marketing strategies.

Key Tasks / ResponsibilitiResponsible for end-to-end daily management of all brand social media accounts, organic posts and activity

  • Create unique, innovative ideas to produce 'scroll stopping’ and relevant content for brands, to engage the target audience for eachbrand
  • Confident in working across multiple social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) and brands
  • Experience and knowledge of TikTok channel management including TikTok shop, hosting and affiliates
  • Brand influencer activity - running influencer activity for campaigns, brief creation, negotiations, contracts and maintaining influencer relationships
  • Support the Brand Manager / Head of Brand with the development and management of 12- month strategic brand marketing plans, leading the social element of plans in terms of content direction and detailed scheduling of activity including brand partnerships, influencers, contributors, ambassadors etc
  • Working closely with Brand Manager and E-commerce Manager to assess the effectiveness and integration of social and digital activity, participating in planning and analysis of digital marketing strategies too, particularly in relation to the effectiveness of the content engagement, in order to deliver integrated and seamless online campaigns
  • Thorough analysis of campaign performance against KPIs across channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok); making recommendations for future campaign activity, paying close attention to continual improvement of the effectiveness of content to drive engagement and awareness
  • Community management, responding appropriately to all engagement across channels
  • Support Head of Brand with creation of corporate communication to support our LinkedIn channel
  • Continuously conduct competitor and industry research to ensure we stay in line with market trends and tools
  • Alongside Brand Manager and Head of Brand and Marketing, sourcing, briefing and management of 3rd parties (when required) such as photographers and copy writing agencies to ensure content is in line with the Brand proposition set

Qualifications & Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 of experience in a social media management role
  • Proven track record of building and growing social channels: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok
  • Experience of working with influencers
  • Image and content creation skills, including use of apps such as CapCut
  • Strong knowledge of TikTok, Meta Business, Later and Canva
  • Educated to degree level in business administration, marketing or comparable degree
  • Experience of brand collaborations on social channels
  • Knowledge and ideally proven track record of running and optimizing ad campaigns across all channels
  • Fully conversant with Microsoft Office packages
  • Advanced Google Analytics
