SRM Recruitment are working with a well-known brand looking to hire a Social Media Manager based at the Hemel Hempstead head office. The company invests heavily in their marketing team and are looking for someone who is both creative and analytical to join them and make their mark!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the overarching social media strategy across owned, earned, and paid channels to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and reach
  • Oversee and manage the social media content calendar for platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, utilizing data to measure performance and return on investment
  • Oversee social media influencer strategy
  • Manage relationships with key agency partners
  • Support the launch of new initiatives at both national and local levels covering launches, rebrands etc
  • Monitor, measure, and report on the effectiveness of social media campaigns

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 2 years experience working in digital and social media marketing
  • Familiarity with social media tools and scheduling platforms
  • Skilled in copywriting, editing, and content creation
  • Experience in campaign management
  • Capable of managing marketing suppliers and agency relationships effectively
