Job Description for Social Media Manager

Responsibilities:

l Performing research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.

l Designing and implementing social media strategy to align with business goals.

l Develop social media campaigns.

l Define KPI’s and KRA’s for social media campaigns.

l Update social media content across all channels.

l Monitor campaigns and analyzes data obtained.

l Use social media marketing tools such as Buffer and Hootsuite etc.,

l Establish relationships with social media influencers to develop a strong network.

Skills:

l4+ years of experience as a social media manager or a similar role.

l Experience in creating social media strategies.

l Knowledge of best practices for social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest etc.

l Excellent verbal and written communication skills

l Organized and able to multitask
