We are seeking a passionate and dedicated RE/Social Science Teacher to join our outstanding school in Slough. As a key member of our teaching team, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and thought-provoking lessons in Religious Education and Social Sciences, contributing to the academic and personal development of our students.
Day-to-day of the role:- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in RE and Social Sciences, ensuring they meet curriculum standards and cater to a range of learning styles.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that promotes student engagement and learning.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing timely and constructive feedback to support their academic growth.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies and curriculum enhancements.
- Participate in extracurricular activities, school events, and professional development opportunities.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent is essential.
- Strong subject knowledge in RE and Social Sciences.
- Proven ability to communicate complex concepts in an accessible and engaging manner.
