Social Worker Assistant - Leaving Care Team

South Wales based Local Authority (Bridgend) is seeking a Social Worker Assistant to join their Leaving Care Team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with an authority which offers office working where you can be a part of the team and assist Social Workers.

Family support workers will act as key workers and provide support for families with unmet needs to prevent or minimise the risk of needs escalating.

You will:

  • Some Home Working
  • To be a part of Strat Meetings
  • Supporting Social Workers
  • Administering Intervention Plans
  • Interviewing this immediately
  • Pay rates are competitive

Requirements:

  • Car and Full Drivers License (may consider non car driver)
  • 12 Months Experience
