NonStop Care is currently working with a well established local authority in the Oxfordshire area who are looking for an experienced social worker to join their MASH team.


This is a Non Caseholding role allowing you to have a more balanced work load and work within your contracted hours leading to an improved work life balance allowing for greater job satisfaction.

This role offers hybrid working allowing you to spend more time at home and improve your work/life balance

Responsibilities:


Oversee the MASH social workers and navigators from the multi-agency network, to ensure full analysis of concerns and strengths are informing the level of decision making which could be for a strategy discussion, single assessment, targeted early help, or again advice and guidance.

Requirements:


The ideal candidate will have 2 years post qualifying experience and will ideally have experience Child Protection or Referral & Assessment or MASH teams. You will have a Social Work degree and have a driving license.
