Job Title: Band 6 Social Worker / Mental Health Nurse
Location: Fylde and Wyre CAMHS, Whitegate Drive Health Centre, Blackpool
Contract: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 9 AM-5 PM (Until 31/03/2025)

• Independently assess and support young people.
• Manage risk, adapt care plans, and handle hospital discharges.
• Work within organizational thresholds and systems.
• Provide triage/duty support and prioritize caseloads.
• Collaborate with the team and signpost to appropriate services.
• Handle safeguarding referrals and child protection work.

Requirements: CAMHS experience essential. Face-to-face role only.
