About the RoleAs a Social Worker or Senior Social Worker, you will work with adults with learning disabilities and their families to provide person-centered support and advocacy. You will assess needs, develop care plans, and work closely with partner agencies to ensure safeguarding, well-being, and independence.
Key Responsibilities? A qualified Social Worker, registered with Social Work England.
? Experience working with adults with learning disabilities or in adult social care.
? Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and best practices.
? Excellent communication, assessment, and decision-making skills.
? A commitment to person-centered care and promoting independence.
