An outstanding secondary school in Windsor is seeking a passionate and dedicated Sociology/RE Teacher to join their team. The school prides itself on its commitment to academic excellence and student well-being, offering a supportive and collaborative environment for both staff and students.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Deliver engaging and inspiring lessons in Sociology and Religious Education to secondary school students.
  • Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to support their academic growth.
  • Contribute to the development of teaching materials and curriculum planning.
  • Participate in extracurricular activities, school events, and departmental meetings.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the school’s ethos.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent is essential.
  • Experience teaching Sociology and/or Religious Education at the secondary level.
  • Strong subject knowledge with a passion for teaching and student development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and learning.
