Are you energetic, good with children and naturally outgoing? Do you like to be on the go and hate the thought of sitting behind a desk? We have an ideal opportunity for you!  

We are looking for a fun-loving people person with a great sense of humour and plenty of energy and enthusiasm to join our Soft Play team at EICA, Ratho.  


In this hands-on role, there is never a dull moment. On a day-to-day basis, you will be:  

  • Ensuring that all children and parents have a great experience in the soft play area by providing exceptional customer service.  
  • Creating a welcoming environment, and maintaining high standards of play, while promoting a happy and safe atmosphere. 
  • Interacting and playing with children aged 0 - 9 years, helping deliver birthday parties and other seasonal events.  
  • Helping to maintain very high standards of cleanliness throughout the soft play area. 

As training is provided, experience is not necessary, but a vibrant, friendly personality with a proactive attitude is essential. In addition, our ideal candidate will be able to:  

  • Provide high levels of customer service and have strong communication skills. 
  • Work well with others and interact in a positive and helpful manner.  
  • Always maintain a positive attitude and proactively resolve any issues that might come up.  
  • Stay focused and alert to respond quickly to all situations.

Opportunities available:

  • EICA - Full-time, seasonal, 35.75 hours (working on a rota-based shift pattern – Monday to Sunday, earliest start 08:45, latest finish 18:00)
  • EICA - Part-time, permanent, 16 hours (Saturday and Sunday 09:00-17:30)
