Software Developer 
SC Cleared Contract
3-6 Months
Hybrid (London 3 days per week)
Outside IR35

We are looking for an SC Cleared Software developer to join our central government client. The project is of classification so we need someone with active SC Clearance and someone who has worked on classified/secret projects within Public Sector. 

The work will be within the Video Conferencing/Telephony/Mobile Networks space so any experience of that is an added bonus, if not there will be chance to learn about this world within the position

Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement an application responsible for managing number mapping and associated identities, leveraging commercial SBC APIs.
  • Develop engaging user-facing features utilizing React.js or other contemporary JavaScript frameworks.
  • Create reusable components and frontend libraries to facilitate future development efforts.
  • Ensure optimal performance of components across various platforms.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in developing specialized applications using REST APIs.
  • Proficiency in Go, Java, and Python (open to alternative language combinations).
  • Strong command of frontend languages and frameworks, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.js.
  • Thorough understanding of web standards, responsive design principles, and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
  • Knowledge of RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
  • Understanding of UI/UX design principles and tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Attention to detail and a dedication to delivering top-notch software solutions.
