Software Development Team Lead – Remote (UK Based)
£65,000 - £71,000 + Excellent benefits

This well-established and growing organisation a require an experienced Development Team Lead to join their in-house dev team. In this role, you will be overseeing a small team of developers, so it is essential that you have excellent communication and leadership skills including an ability to engage with business teams.

As the Software Development Team Lead, the buck will stop with you, and you will be expected to advise on new technologies whilst being the SME for the products you are working on. You will be involved in the sprint refinement process and be required to provide timescales for pieces of work. This role will be a mix of hands-on development and managerial work, and will give you the change for work at a Tech for Good business.

This company operate a fully remote working model for UK based candidates, with occasional in-person meetings. They have worked this way for a number of years, encouraging regular communication, collaboration and teamwork.

Package:
  • £65,000 - £71,000 basic salary with yearly reviews
  • 25 days holidays + bank holidays (rising to 30 days with service)

Key Requirements:
  • Proven track record of leading and mentoring software development teams
  • .NET Core
  • Entity Framework & SQL
  • GIT
  • Web API
  • Azure ecosystem
  • Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript – desirable
