Software Engineer / Full Stack Developer, (PHP, Laravel, Vue.js) Permanent, £30-50k doe, Remote working but must be able to attend physical office in East Sussex/Redditch/Basingstoke when required.

An exceptional company who are leaders in their field are looking to bring on an experienced Full Stack Software Engineer/Developer with a bias towards PHP, Laravel and Vue.js.

The company have developed their own Project Management and Design tool that will be pivotal in redefining how the business works and as such, they are looking for a Software Engineer/Developer with the capacity to own this product and its ongoing development and integration with other products across the business.

The application is built predominantly from PHP at the back end, so you must have a high degree of experience with this scripting language, as well as the Laravel framework. Other tech included in the stack are Vue.js, Blade and Bootstrap at the Front end, MYSQL/SQL and Maria DB on the database side, hosting with Azure VM and Linux (Ubuntu) and Azure DevOps and Azure Git.

The company has a truly innovative approach and they are looking for someone with the intelligence and initiative to really understand, not only the application itself and how it works, but also how it ties into the growth plans of the business.

The right Software Engineer / Full Stack Developer will be inquisitive with a thirst for learning and an ability to communicate across departments. Not only will you have full responsibility over the ongoing development of the tool but you will have major crossovers to all other web based projects within the company and wider Group and as such, this will provide you with a great platform to grow your skills and responsibilities in a multitude of directions.

Remote working set up but you must be UK based and able to attend meetings on site when required which are expected to be monthly. The client has offices in East Sussex, Basingstoke and Redditch, so being commutable to one of these places would be advantageous.
