Position Available: Software Engineer

Location: Hertfordshire (Hybrid) & Dynamic Working Hours

Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 + Company Bonus & Comprehensive Pension Package

Experience needed: Experience of software engineering within a complex, high-technology engineering or manufacturing industry such as defence, aerospace, automotive, robotics, electronics, satellite & space technology and similar. We have lots of roles available, but would be keen on engineers with experience of C, C++ or C#.

In these roles, you will be working across multiple applications on both land and maritime projects in the systems software department. This role allows for involvement in some of the most sophisticated systems in the world across multiple domains, and provides a great opportunity for someone wanting to be involved in many differing areas of software.

What we are looking for:

• Experience in a complex engineering environment
• Experience with good software engineering practices across the full development lifecycle
• Experience of working in an agile development environment
• Basic understanding of project management processes
• Good written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
