Joining a close-knit multidisciplinary team of traders, software developers, and infrastructure engineers, your workload will be varied and exciting. Examples of this include: building new autotrading strategies, developing pricing systems & infrastructure to price new products, and building systems to integrate into new markets and market structures in the best possible way.
This role would suit someone who relishes the challenges that come with an extremely fast-paced environment and can hit the ground running, making a tangible impact from day one.
Requirements:
Fantastic engineering instincts with solid understanding of CompSci fundamentals
Strong software development skills in C#, C++, C & Python
Proven track record in writing scalable, reliable, high quality clean code
Keen proponent of continuous improvement and test-driven design plus innovative, big-picture thinking grounded in real-world pragmatism
As comfortable working independently as with Traders, Researchers, and other stakeholders to deliver complex business initiatives
Experience connecting prop trading systems to trading venues & exchanges, plus building a trading system that covers the entire lifecycle of a trade
Desirable:
Experience building OTC trading systems
Keen interest in derivatives and trading, ideally with previous experience in hedge funds/market-making industry
