Reed Technology are proud to have partnered exclusively with a rapidly growing SME based in Leeds city centre to support them in their search for a Manual Software Tester.

The salary on offer for the role is £30,000 to £35,000 and my client is ideally looking for candidates with between 1 to 2 years commercial experience.

The role offers very flexible remote working, only having to go into the office on average 4 times per year. 

Requirements of role

  • Conducting manual test scenarios in alignment with specified acceptance criteria & documenting results meticulously 
  • Raising defect reports for any issues identified
  • Maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all testing activities to exceed quality standards

Skills / Experience

  • Good understanding of manual testing processes
  • A basic understanding of SQL databases 
  • Previous web testing experience is essential
  • SQL skills 

Skills that are an added bonus

  • Selenium 
  • Postman
