Solar Electrician – Cumbria
£40,000 – £50,000 DOE + Career Progression
Full-Time | Permanent | Regional Travel Required

We’re working with a well-established Cumbria-based company that specializes in solar energy solutions. They are looking to add a skilled Solar Electrician to their team to support increasing demand across the region.

The Role:
You’ll be responsible for the installation and commissioning of a range of solar technologies, including:
  • Solar PV panels
  • Battery storage systems
  • Inverters and diverters
  • EV chargers
You’ll work closely with an in-house roofer to ensure safe, efficient installations on domestic and commercial properties. Travel across the Cumbria region is part of the role, so a full driving license is required.

What We’re Looking For:
  • 18th Edition Qualified (essential)
  • Proven experience in solar installations or similar electrical work
  • Strong understanding of battery storage and EV charging systems
  • Comfortable working at height and in a variety of on-site environments
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a professional approach
