JOB TITLE: Solar PV Electrician

LOCATION: Nottinghamshire

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000

WAY OF WORKING: Full-Time | Field Base | Permanent

THE BUSINESS:

Zero Global is working with a growing renewable energy installer who work in both the commercial and domestic sector, they are experts in nationwide solar installations.

Solar PV Electrician:

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and skilled electrician to join a dynamic and growing team within the rapidly expanding renewable energy sector. This permanent role is ideal for someone eager to advance their career in low-carbon technologies while gaining valuable experience leading and installing large-scale commercial systems.

Key Skills & Duties:

• Carry out electrical installation and commissioning of ground-mounted and roof-mounted solar PV systems

• Support with the electrical installation of heat pump systems

• Perform servicing and maintenance of both ground- and roof-mounted solar panel systems

• Install, commission, and maintain Electric Vehicle (EV) charging units

Qualifications:

• Level 3 NVQ in Electrical Installations or equivalent

• Initial and Periodic Electrical Inspection and Testing (2391)

• Driving licence (Essential)
