Eco2Solar are pleased to announce a new and exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join the UK's market leading Solar PV installer (who were recently invested in by EON) as a Solar PV Installation Labourer. We have vacancies across England.

About the role:

As a key member of our Solar PV installation team, your mission is to deliver exceptional quality and customer service for every new build residential Solar PV installation. You will work as part of a 2-person team, assisting with the installation of non-electrical elements of our Solar PV systems on pitched and flat roofs using hand and power tools.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the installation of solar PV systems on various sites across the UK.
• Collaborate with the installation team to ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards.
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as needed.
• Perform site preparation and clean-up.
• Adhere to all health and safety protocols and guidelines.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any installation issues that arise.
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment.
• Ensure adherence to the highest health, safety, and quality standards.
• Participate actively in fostering a positive safety culture.
• Occasionally work overnight or weekends as needed.

About you

You will have:

• Experience in roofing or a similar field such as construction, warehousing, or logistics.
• Full UK driver’s license.
• CSCS card.
• IPAF certification (desirable).
• Physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Basic proficiency in using smartphones for apps.
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints (desirable).
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
