General Litigation

5+ years PQE

  • Up to 70k / year
  • Profit sharing
  • Solicitor bonus up to 10%

Our Private Client team has grown recent years, supporting and advising clients on a comprehensive range of personal matters. The current caseload is widespread, with the successful candidate preferably having experience with general litigation such as property & land disputes, landlord & tenant, as well as debt recovery, contentious probate, employment law and contractual and consumer disputes.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications

  1. To be qualified and eligible to practice as a solicitor in England

Experience

  1. 5+ years of post-qualification experience in a similar field
  2. Experience of delivering excellent customer care in a legal environment

Knowledge

  1. To have expert, up to date knowledge of litigation processes, procedures and legislation
  2. Awareness of marketplace and current developments, opportunities and threats
