Job Description:
TSR Legal is currently partnering with a Top 100 Law Firm based in Cardiff, who is seeking an ambitious and knowledgeable Associate to join the Employment and Immigration Team on a full-time basis. Responsibilities:
Provide counsel on a range of employment issues across various sectors. Maintain and share knowledge on employment issues, collaborating with team members. Identify and develop opportunities for referral work across the business, participating in business development initiatives. Primarily represent employers and respondents, with occasional representation of senior employees, executives, or representative organizations. Handle a varied caseload, including corporate support settlement agreements and restrictive covenants.
Requirements:
3 years post-qualification experience is desired. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Proven business development abilities Team player with collaborative approach Client-focused with the ability to manage stakeholders. Experience with respondents/commercial or public sector preferred; significant experience with representative organizations also desired.
