Title: Solicitor - Clinical Negligence 
Location - Liverpool- Hybrid
Salary - £30,000 - £50,0000

Join a rapidly growing law firm specialising in personal injury and clinical negligence law, with offices in the North-West of the UK and offering hybrid working options. You’ll be part of a quality, large, and busy team of clinical negligence experts, assisting lawyers and senior lawyers in managing a caseload of clinical negligence cases from inception to trial. The role involves pre- and post-litigation work, mentoring junior team members, and working within a supportive and inclusive culture.

Requirements for the Role

- Recent experience handling a caseload
- NQ-5 years PQE or equivalent experience in clinical negligence
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication and drafting skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Proclaim, and Excel
- High attention to detail
- Commercial awareness within a legal environment
- Ability to coach and mentor junior team members
- Flexibility and commitment to achieving results and meeting deadlines
- Excellent client care skills
