The opportunity is within the Commercial Property team, where the successful candidate will assist Partners and other fee earners in delivering exceptional legal services. Key responsibilities include examining titles, drafting and negotiating leases, offering legal opinions on property matters, and contributing to the development of team templates and styles.

Requirements: 
The ideal candidate will have completed at least one traineeship seat in Commercial Property and demonstrate a genuine interest in this area. Essential attributes include strong communication skills, commercial awareness, the ability to manage a busy workload, and a client-focused approach. The firm is looking for someone who is confident, proactive, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively, with a strong drive to take ownership of their work and build strong client relationships.
