Team - Legal
Working Pattern - Hybrid - 2 days per week in the Vitality London Office. Full time, 37.5 hours per week.

What this role is all about:
You will be supporting the Vitality business by providing high quality legal services, with a focus on procurement, and product distribution. The role involves building a function that generates trust and confidence within its stakeholders and providing support to the Legal Team.
Key Actions

• Reviewing and drafting a range of contracts, including: insurance distribution agreements; IT agreements; and general third party supplier agreements.
• Provide advice and support to all areas of the business including: Sourcing (Procurement); Insurance Distribution; IT; Compliance; Operations; and Finance.
• Undertake legal research as required.
• Reviewing and drafting a range of documentation, including terms and conditions, product documentation and marketing materials.
• Promoting and representing the Legal function across the organisation, ensuring strong working relationships between Legal and the whole of the Vitality business.

What do you need to thrive?

• Practising Solicitor or Barrister with minimum of 3 years’ PQE.
• Ability to be able to communicate effectively internally and externally at all levels.
• Ability to innovate and solve problems practically.
• Comfortable working to tight deadlines with loosely defined and changing internal briefs.
