Scotland's premier personal injury law firm is seeking a Solicitor with 3 years+ PQE to join their team in Glasgow. This position is well-suited for someone who is devoted to aiding others, inspired by a dedication to justice, and excited about making a valuable contribution.

You will oversee your own caseload, focusing on EL/PL/OL/CICA cases, involving both litigated and pre-litigated files. You will manage ASPIC/Court of Session/Sheriff Court matters. Additionally, you will be responsible for taking statements, conducting liability investigations, engaging with medical experts, preparing summonses, consulting with counsel, and representing clients in court/tribunal settings.
