Pay: £50 - £55 per hour
Location: Warrington, with flexible office attendance

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Education Lawyer to join our Lexcel accredited legal service. This role involves providing comprehensive legal advice, guidance, and support primarily on education matters, with some involvement in Adult Social Care issues. The successful candidate will undertake advocacy at all levels, including:
- Special Educational Needs and Disability Tribunal
- Appeal Panels
- Court of Protection
- Other relevant tribunals
Key Responsibilities:
Advocacy: Prepare and present cases, including preparing bundles, skeleton arguments, and statements. Ensure full compliance with relevant legislation and guidance, attend advocates' meetings, and liaise with Counsel as needed.
Legal Advice: Proactively respond to and advise on all legal queries, including the impact of new legislation. Provide practical, common-sense interpretations of legal requirements.
Collaboration: Attend and contribute to Safeguarding Board meetings, Joint Partnership Groups, Legal Gateway meetings, and other relevant gatherings.
