Are you a skilled Family Law professional with a minimum of 6 years PQE? Our client, a dynamic and rapidly growing firm, is looking for a dedicated and experienced individual to join their team. Key Responsibilities: You will handle a variety of family law matters, including but not limited to:
- Separations and divorces
- Collaborative law
- Contested hearings
- Child visitation, residency, or maintenance
- Financial settlements
- Cohabiting and unmarried couples
- Domestic violence and/or abuse
- Grandparents’ rights
- Change of name
- Pre-nuptial agreements
