Senior Solicitor / Partner

£90,000-£110,000

We are looking to recruit a Partner / Senior Solicitor for a legal 500 law firm. A relatively newly formed department will need your guidance and expertise to help drive the team to deliver excellence. 

As a pivotal figure within the organisation, you will be entrusted with the continued development of the department. Your role will not only involve meticulous management of case files but your responsibilities will also extend to networking and business development.

It is an ideal role for a driven solicitor who is either looking for another partnership role or for someone who feels they have hit a ceiling and is ready for their next step. It is essential that you have a following or the ability to generate work through your connections.

What we need from you:

- A minimum of 7 years of post-qualification experience in family law, with a proven track record of successful case management.
- Accurate Billings information
- A natural aptitude for business development, with a history of building and maintaining a client base.
- Exceptional leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for forging strong professional relationships.
