IT Solutions Architect

Are you an experienced IT Solutions Architect with a passion for designing and implementing innovative IT solutions?

You will work closely with internal stakeholders to understand business challenges and propose effective IT solutions, particularly within M365, data/BI, CAFM and Works Management platforms. You will be responsible for researching, designing and consulting on the implementation of new technologies while ensuring strategic alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Define, evaluate, and propose technical solutions to meet business needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for IT service improvements.
• Research emerging technologies and develop technical roadmaps.
• Oversee solution design, documentation, and transition into service operations.
• Maintain relationships with external suppliers and ensure governance standards are met.

• Demonstrable experience in solutions design, with expertise in Microsoft technologies.
• Strong knowledge of Azure SQL, Power BI, SharePoint and Power Platform is highly desirable.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• IT/related degree preferred; ITIL awareness desirable.
