Solution Architect - Contract
Location: Newport, Titchfield, Edinburgh, or Darlington Hybrid 2 days per week
Type: Full-Time, 6-month Engagement
Clearance Required: SC

As a Solution Architect, you will be pivotal in designing the next generation of the digital and technology services. Embedded within a cross-discipline architecture community, you will collaborate with various business areas and technical teams to craft high-level, cloud-native, service-based solutions aligned with government DDaT standards.

About You:

We are looking for experienced IT professionals with:

  • Effective Communication: Ability to translate complex digital and technology concepts for stakeholders at all levels.
  • Relationship Building: Proven ability to mediate and collaborate across organizational domains to develop effective solutions.
  • Business Acumen: Quick understanding of business concepts and needs, translating them into technical solutions.
  • Architectural Communication: Proficiency in conveying IT architecture through various artefacts, techniques, and tools.
  • Domain Expertise: Strong knowledge and experience across architecture, strategy, delivery, software engineering, and service management.
  • Cloud Experience: Experience defining transitional architectures using cloud-native design approaches and technologies.
  • Decision Making: Use of objective evidence and collaborative input to inform and make complex decisions.
  • Innovation: Skilled in identifying opportunities through new technologies and digital trends.

Note: This role requires Actice SC clearance. Please ensure you meet the security clearance criteria before applying.
