Solution Architect - SAP SuccessFactors (Inside IR35) - 6 months

Eames Consulting are currently supporting a technology led business on a SAP SuccessFactors Implementation, our customer is a global entity and a large enterprise business, they will be moving from their own bespoke legacy HR Systems to SAP SF.

They are located in Guildford and Ideally would be looking for the individual to come in once per week.

Daily Rate - £650 to £750 per day (Inside IR35)

• Solution architecture and providing technical leadership
• Document technical specifications, architecture diagrams, and solution designs.
• Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into designs.
• Design and develop secure, scalable, and future-proof SAP SuccessFactors solutions aligned with best practices.
• Integrate SuccessFactors with existing systems to ensure seamless data flow.
• Collaborate with project managers, consultants, and developers to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients to ensure successful adoption.
• Lead the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding & Time Management
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and plans
