Role Overview:
As a Google Cloud Technical Presales Consultant at Go Reply, you will play a critical role in driving the adoption of Google Cloud solutions within our existing and prospective client base.

You will work closely with sales teams to understand client business needs, identify opportunities for cloud-based solutions, and deliver compelling technical presentations and whiteboard solutions to demonstrate the value proposition.

Responsibilities:
  • Deep understanding of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services, including Compute Engine, Kubernetes, BigQuery, Dataflow, Cloud Storage, and more
  • Strong knowledge of cloud computing concepts, such as IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, and serverless computing, and experience with related concepts such as DevOps, Agile methodologies, and containerization
  • Proven ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Conduct technical discovery sessions with clients to understand their business challenges and requirements, providing guidance and support throughout the sales cycle
  • Design and architect cloud-based solutions that meet client business needs and technical requirements
  • Identify GCP products, licenses, and consumption to support offer
  • Develop and deliver compelling technical presentations and whiteboard sessions to showcase the value of GCP solutions
  • Develop proof-of-concepts and prototypes to demonstrate the feasibility and value of proposed solutions
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify and qualify potential opportunities and respond to RFPs/RFQs with technical proposals and solutions
  • Collaborate with Reply's engineering teams and represent Reply at industry events and conferences
About the candidate:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in a technical presales, solutions architecture, or consulting role with a strong emphasis on whiteboarding solutions
  • Proven experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and architectures
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Cloud Certified Professional Cloud Architect) preferred
