Our client is fast-growing IT managed services provider based in the Bromley
Position Overview
Contributing significantly to developing innovative solutions for the company and clients while enhancing workflows. This position combines technical proficiency with project management.
Responsibilities
* Offer technical guidance to the sales team, suggest solutions, and help with pricing and system architecture.
* Aid with inquiries related to new business opportunities and ensure seamless client onboarding.
* Oversee complex projects and assist the project team, including occasional weekend involvement.
* Address escalated technical challenges and ensure prompt resolution.
* Contribute to the creation of new business solutions in Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Azure, and Cybersecurity.
* Refine deployment strategies and internal workflows for greater efficiency.
* Assist in upholding data frameworks like Cyber Essentials Plus and ISO27001.
* Ensure smooth functionality of internal systems.
Candidate Requirements
Essential Skills and personal qualities
* Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in infrastructure support.
* Experience in technical roles or project management within IT.
* Proficiency with Microsoft technologies (Azure, Office 365, Windows Server).
* Experience in developing IT solutions and refining processes.
* Knowledge of security frameworks (Cyber Essentials Plus, ISO27001).
* Strong analytical, communication, and organizational abilities.
* Desired certification in Azure Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert, MCSA: Windows Serve, Office 365 Solutions Associate, CompTIA Network+
