Sous Chef - £30k to £32k plus tips - 40/45 hour week - 3 evenings off per week, own transport, finish in the kitchen by 9pm during the week and latest 9.30pm/10pm on a Friday and Saturday night, Sunday finish latest 5.30pm. Location: near Pulborough in West Sussex. Own transport required and you MUST be living and working in the UK. I cannot accept skilled workers Visa Sponsorship or Visa Transfer.

Family run 30/50 cover all fresh traditional home cooked food pub (with specials) is looking for a full time (40/45 hours) Sous Chef to join a small brigade. A Chef who can own the kitchen 2 days per week when the Head Chef is off. Modern kitchen with gas range, gas grill, electric turbo oven and fryer. Small brigade of 3.

• £30k - £32k plus tips (£50 to £100 per week in cash tips)
• Closed Sunday evening, closed all day Monday and Tuesday
• Last orders during the week is 8.30pm and last orders Friday and Saturday is 9pm.
• We serve food from 12 - 2pm and 6pm to 8.30pm Monday to Saturday and 12 - 4pm on a Sunday.
• 2.5 hours off during the day. Finish latest: 9pm during the week, 9.30pm/10pm on a Friday and Saturday night and latest 5.30pm on a Sunday afternoon.
