We are working with a lovely restaurant based within a residential complex and looking for a Sous Chef to join the team. You will work in a kitchen team of 4/5 and cater for breakfast 3 days per week, Lunch over 5 days and 3 dinner services. There may be events as well required so Canape's and functions to cater for.

 
 

This is a 45 hour contract worked over Wed-Sun with Monday and Tuesdays being the days off. The Sous Chef cover the head chef in his absence and also work under an Exec Chef and give support and guidance the the junior chefs

  

The food offer is modern British / European and all cooked fresh to order each day. You will cover all meal service and be expected to run your section and do ordering as well when needed.

We are looking a competent Sous Chef with a solid career history looking for a new challenge. This role offers a good starting salary with the bonus of monthly tips as well. If you have worked in high end restaurants and good stability in previous roles this could be the perfect job for you!
