Salary: £35,000 plus £2-3k tronc.

Responsibilities
- Assisting the Head Chef with all daily operations of the kitchen.
- Composing new menus and developing new dishes alongside the Head Chef, based on suppliers, seasonality and keeping up with new culinary trends
- Supervising the kitchen staff, providing guidance with their prep and support as needed.
- Ordering and inventory management.
- Oversee the training and development of new employees.
- Ensure high standards of food quality and presentation are consistently maintained.
- Assisting with administrative task, such as rota's, managing payroll, orders etc.
