Sous Chef

48hrs per week (12 hour shifts)

Salary: £32,000 - £35,000

PERMANENT JOB :- No Part Time / Student Options

STOP: you must have at least 3 - 5 years' experience as a chef in a commercial kitchen to be considered - without this, you may be automatically rejected

We are looking for an experienced sous chef, who is looking to join a small family run restaurant that promotes quality over quantity.

If you are looking to develop your leadership skills, make your mark on a traditional menu, you want focus on the quality of a dish over just getting it over the pass then don't pass on this opportunity.

You will be working 12 hour shifts throughout the week, if any Sundays are worked it will be a half day.
