Tonic is assisting with our client's search for a Senior Sous Chef to assist the Executive Chef in managing all aspects of the back-of-house operations at this stunning city-centre hotel.

What are we looking for from the successful Senior Sous Chef candidate?

  • Previous experience in a fresh food kitchen (ideally up to 2 rosettes) at Sous or above
  • Passion and drive
  • A great personality - our client's team work hard and play hard, so you'll want to fit in
