Key Responsibilities:

*Perform a variety of spa treatments, including facials, massages, body wraps, and other beauty therapies.
*Provide a personalised and professional service to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
*Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organisation in treatment rooms and spa facilities.
*Offer expert advice on treatments and aftercare products to enhance the guest’s experience.
*Ensure all treatments are carried out in line with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

NVQ Level 2 and 3 (or equivalent) in Beauty Therapy.
Previous experience working in a high-end spa or luxury hotel environment.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
Professional and well-presented appearance.
