Spanish speaking Technical Support.  Fully remote position ‘WFH’. Do you have a passion for Electronics and Technology, inc IT, in general?  An understanding of electrical components and circuits?  Do you enjoy diagnosing and fixing issues with electrical or electro-mechanical devices?  Fluent in Spanish?  Great customer skills?   If so, I’d love to hear from you!

Spanish-speaking Helpdesk support – the role:

Contrary to the above, this is not a ‘hands-on’ role; it is a fully remote (you can work from home), ‘service desk’ position providing support to clients who are using my customer’s systems – advanced 3D imaging machines, together with the IT support surrounding these networked devices.

It’s a permanent career opportunity – a position you can really settle with and grow for the long-term, with different levels of support, steadily developing to a position with a more global remit.

Working Monday to Friday, 37.5hrs (1hr lunch): to a shift-system: 0800-1630hrs and 0900-1730hrs.

Spanish-speaking Helpdesk support – the candidate:

Full and ongoing training will be given, but the client does seek a strong base level of electronics/hardware experience coupled with the IT knowledge and strong customer skills, with the fluency in Spanish.  (Other additional languages such as Italian, French or German always useful).
