Our client, a leading international consultancy based in London, is seeking a Part-time Payroll and Accounts Assistant. In this role, you will directly support one of their Spanish clients, so fluency in Spanish and English is a must.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with client payroll: providing Wage information and helping with payslips
  • Supporting with Accounts Payable and Receivable: dealing with sales and supplier invoices and processing payments accordingly
  • Producing VAT reports, daily bank account reconciliation and other administrative duties as required

About you:

This is an ideal opportunity for a dynamic Spanish and English speaker with previous experience dealing with Spanish Payroll willing to join a fast-paced role on a part-time basis.

Profile:

  • Fully fluent Spanish and English speaker
  • Previous experience dealing with Spanish Payroll
  • Knowledge of Spanish law and regulations to be able to understand contracts and pay accordingly
  • Bookkeeping/Accounts knowledge or previous experience (accountancy qualifications are not a must)
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced environment is desirable
