We are seeking a motivated Spanish Speaking Sales Executive to join our team and develop sales within Latin America, Europe, and the US. This entry-level position is ideal for junior sales professionals or recent college/university graduates living in London.

We are a London-based UK company specializing in organizing conferences and events for more than 10 years.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct individual sales through cold calls to new prospects
  • Sell sponsorship packages and tickets for our events

Salary and Benefits:

  • Competitive salary £39,000 (OTE)

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Fluent in Spanish (essential)
  • Very ambitious
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Eager to learn and develop in a sales role
  • Result-driven with the desire to meet and overachieve targets
  • Great personality and confidence
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with little supervision
  • 1 month of cold calling experience or call centre experience (preferred, not mandatory)
  • Ability to work full-time on-site at our London office

Training and regular support will be provided to help you achieve your sales targets.

Basic salary plus fantastic uncapped commissions paid monthly.
