Day to Day of the Role:- Deliver high-quality, personalised education to children with complex and multiple needs across various classes.
- Develop and implement creative and engaging lesson plans that cater to the individual needs and abilities of each child.
- Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that encourages children to thrive.
- Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to support the holistic development of the children.
- Engage in continuous professional development and contribute to the school’s ethos of innovation and excellence in education.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience or interest in working with children with special educational needs.
- A commitment to creating an engaging and inspiring learning environment.
- Flexibility, commitment, and excellent interpersonal skills.
