We are looking for a Specialist Primary School Teacher to join a dynamic and supportive educational setting on behalf of a Specialist Primary School, in Birmingham. The school is dedicated to providing exceptional education to children with Autism Spectrum diagnoses and is committed to nurturing each pupil’s potential. As a Specialist Primary School Teacher, you will be part of a team that values high standards in teaching and learning and is on an exciting path of development and growth within a multi-academy trust.

Day to Day of the Role:

  • Deliver high-quality teaching tailored to pupils with Autism Spectrum diagnoses.
  • Create and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the needs of all students.
  • Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Collaborate with a team of skilled educators and contribute to the school’s journey of improvement.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities and contribute to the school’s evolving practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience working with children on the Autism Spectrum is highly desirable.
  • A commitment to inclusive education and the ability to differentiate instruction.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A passion for continuous professional development.
