Chichester College have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as a Specialist Technician in Media Make-up and Hair at our Northbrook campus. You will join us on a part time (22.5 hours per week, 36 weeks per year (paid for 41.1 weeks), basis and in return, we will offer a competitive salary of pro rata of £23,151 (£11,127.28).

Northbrook College are looking for an experienced Specialist Technician in Media Make-Up and Hair and Theatre to join their friendly team and support our wonderful students throughout the year.

As our Specialist Technician, you will assist students with technical issues related make-up application and design, including TV, Film, Theatre and Editorial and assist students with technical issues related hair and wig styling, including period styling, TV, Film, Theatre, Editorial and Afro styling. You will also facilitate daily activities within the learning environment, including the preparation of teaching resources and housekeeping and ensure that Health and Safety guidelines are adhered to.

As our Specialist Technician, you will have relevant industry and/or subject experience and knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and Microsoft Office.

The working pattern for this role is three days per week Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
