Speech and Language Therapist- Band 6

SLT for Adult Community And Neuro Community services split post- Band 6
Must be fully dysphagia trained
Have experience of working with adults with neurological conditions, mental health and / or general elderly, as well as community working experience.

Location: East London (Remote working for 1 day a week)

Start date- ASAP

End date- 6+ months

Shift Pattern:

Full time
Face to face + Partcially remote
9:00 - 5:00

Skills/Experience:

Conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnosing conditions, and designing personalised treatment plans for clients with diverse presentations and complex conditions.
Collaborate effectively with multi-disciplinary teams to provide holistic care
Manage own caseload and oversee a designated area of the service independently, with regular clinical supervision provided by the SLT clinical lead
