Speech & Language Therapist- Band 6

Location: Wrexham

Start date- ASAP

End date- 3+ months

Shift Pattern:

• Full or Part time
• 9:00 - 5:00

Skills/Experience:

• Deliver SLT services predominantly to Adults with Learning Disabilities
• You will have skills and experience relevant to this clinical field and be able to work well as part of a team
• You will work closely with other members of the Learning Disability team to support adults with complex communication and eating/drinking difficulties as part of a holistic, service user centred service and be confident in providing high quality, evidence based assessments and interventions and possess excellent communication and organisational skills
• In this role, you will have a varied caseload, including adults who have a learning disability, challenging behaviour and/or mental health needs and require specialist Speech & Language Therapy in a range of locations across Wrexham
