We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Sports Assistant for a full-time position at a vibrant and diverse secondary school in Peterborough. This role is perfect for someone passionate about sports and physical education, looking to make a positive impact on students' lives.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 16:30
- Term time only
Key Responsibilities:
- Setting up and putting away sports equipment
- Washing and maintaining sports kits
- Ensuring health and safety standards are met
- Receiving and managing equipment deliveries
- Distributing equipment to students
- Occasionally supporting in PE lessons
Requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of sports equipment and setup
- Availability for full-time work immediately
- Enhanced DBS on the update service is desirable (we can process a new one if necessary)
